As a personal trainer, for a long time I didn't like the idea of online training because I thought I wouldn't be able to deliver results without being able to actually work with a client and ensure correct form and safety. However with the technology that we have today such as smart phones, video, Skype, and Facebook, online training really is not much different than regular personal training!

How Does Online Training Work?
Have a customized training plan built just for you. Bring your workouts to the gym, home or while you travel and track your progress. I review your progress regularly and tweak your training plan accordingly.
The journey begins with a free consultation to determine what services will be best to help you reach your fitness goals. You will then get an email with information to get set up and access your training plan. From there follow your training plan and track your progress.
Your program is delivered through an app in which you have instructions that include guided videos to make sure you have proper form. You can access the app on your smart phone or tablet. Throughout your journey you can track your progress through the graphs provided.
We communicate through the in-app messenger where you can ask questions and I will also have you send in videos of certain exercises from time to time to make sure they are being performed correctly.
Of course no plan is complete without nutritional guidance. The training app links up to MyFitness Pal in which we continually monitor your diet to make sure you are on track to reach your goals.

ONLINE TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES
With Smythe Fitness Online You Have Three Options To Choose From, Basic (Nutrition OR Program), Premium, or Ultimate.
Each option has unique benefits that are based on the level of training and coaching you are looking for.

With the online program design an individual program is designed specifically for you based on your lifestyle, goals, training location, and what equipment you have access to, to help you achieve long term success.
With nutrition coaching we will set goals and monitor daily and weekly nutrition while developing healthy habits to help empower you to make healthy decisions. I don't prescribe short-term diets, meal plans or 'food rules.' Instead I will help you build the lasting skills and habits necessary to look and feel better for the long-term and for life!
Your program is delivered online with accompanying videos and instructions. You will track and follow your progress through the intuitive app. Every month we review your progress and any obstacles faced along the way and make adjustments to help you achieve your goals. You will also have access to the in-app messenger should you have questions or concerns along the way.
Boom! Welcome to the premium plan. The premium plan is the best value & has every single thing you'll need to achieve and maintain your fitness goals!
You will have a program designed specifically for you, nutritional coaching, and regular feedback and communication. This will offer you that extra accountability and direction you may need for long term success.
We will communicate through the in-app messenger where you can ask questions and stay connected as well as send in videos of you performing certain exercises to monitor form and ensure you are performing each movement correctly.
Once a week we will connect through the in-app messenger to discuss your progress, exercise technique, and any other areas that you need help with.

This plan is for those who are ready to take things to a whole new level or need an extra kick in the butt from time to time. With the Ultimate Plan you get more regular contact and feedback as well as the Ultimate Accountability.
With the Ultimate Plan we will have weekly discussions around your training and nutrition to see where things need to be adjusted, improved or just to stay the course. I will give you an extra nudge regularly to help you stay focused and on track.
