Thanks for checking out my page! Let me tell you a little about myself.

 

I am a husband, father, strength coach, personal trainer, and athlete. I have a HUGE passion for helping people move better, feel better, and live better.

My goal is to help people of different abilities achieve their fitness goals through programs based around THEM and THEIR needs. I don’t believe in placing people into my own box, I find what works best for each individual and help them achieve their full physical potential.

I Hold a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, specializing in adapted physical activity, I am a Functional Movement Specialist and I also hold a Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

I have over nine years experience as a trainer and strength coach and hold a wealth of knowledge about human movement and fitness programming.

 

I always strive to provide the best programming and training and have continued success with busy dads, combat athletes, clients working on general fitness, clients struggling with weight loss, and helping all clients improve their movement and mobility.  My goal is to help people achieve the best version of themselves by designing specific programs based around their needs and goals.
